Warranty: Summer Haze Pottery

     Our potter is fired to 2400 degrees and thus our ware is extremely durable.  Most everything we make can be used in the oven, microwave and dishwasher.  However, customers should use caution and never subject our pottery to extreme temperature change such as direct stove top heat.  We will replace any piece that fails due to thermal shock within 90 days of purchase.

   If customers are not satisfied with their purchase they may return their merchandise in exchange for other pottery or credit towards a future purchase within 30 days of receiving their order.   Please call or email us to discuss these arrangements.  Notify us within 48 hours of the UPS delivery date if pottery is damaged during shipment.
